TXD: Transmit Data (sending end), usually referred to as one's own transmitting end. Normal communication must connect to the RXD of another device.
RXD: Receive Data (receiving end), usually referred to as one's own receiving end. Normal communication must connect to the TXD of another device.
During normal communication, the TXD of the device is always connected to the RXD of the device itself!
Self-receiving and self-transmitting: During normal communication, RXD connects to the TXD of another device. Therefore, if you want to receive the data you sent (as the name suggests), that is, to receive the data you sent yourself, that is, to directly connect the TXD to the RXD, it is the fastest and simplest testing method to test whether the sending and receiving functions are normal. When there is a problem, this test should be done first to determine if it is a product failure. It is also called loopback testing.
Level logic:
TTL level: Usually, data representation uses binary. +5V is equivalent to logic "1", and 0V is equivalent to logic "0". This is called the TTL signal system and is a positive logic.
RS232 level: Uses -12V to -3V, which is equivalent to logic "0", and +3V to +12V, which is equivalent to logic "1". This is negative logic.
Product Description:
1. The main chip is CP2102. After installing the driver, a virtual serial port is generated.
2. Powered by USB, the interface includes 3.3V (< 40mA), 5V, GND, TX, RX, with the signal level being 3.3V and positive logic.
3. Board-mounted status indicator light and transmit/receive indicator light. After correctly installing the driver, the status indicator light will remain on constantly, and the transmit/receive indicator light will flash during communication. The higher the baud rate, the lower the brightness.
4. Supports baud rates ranging from 300bps to 1Mbps.
5. Communication formats supported: 1) 5, 6, 7, 8 data bits; 2) Supports 1, 1.5, 2 stop bits; 3) odd, even, mark, space, none check.
6. Supports operating systems: Windows Vista/XP/Server 2003/200, Mac OS-X/OS-9, Linux.
7. USB connector is a male connector, which can be directly connected to the USB port of the computer.
8. SMT process is used for the surface mount components, ensuring stable quality.
9. The volume without the USB connector is: (mm)
