This module operates based on the working principle of thermistors (whose resistance changes with variations in the external ambient temperature), enabling real-time detection of changes in the surrounding ambient temperature. We transmit the data to the analog IO, and then with simple programming, we can convert the data output by the sensor into Celsius temperature values and display them. It is convenient and effective to use, and thus is widely applied in devices such as gardening systems and home alarm systems.

Like general temperature sensors, it adopts a 3-wire packaging. When in use, simply connect the power cord and confirm the signal input terminal. Since the module outputs an analog signal, we need to connect the signal output terminal to the analog IO of Arduino for sampling, which ensures the correct reading of the temperature value.
